Machine Learning For The Identification Of Neoantigen-reactive Cd8 + T Cells In Gastrointestinal Cancer Using Single-cell Sequencing

A machine learning model has been developed to identify Neo T cells in human gastrointestinal cancers, leading to the discovery of additional HLA class-I restricted neoantigen-reactive TCRs. This method reduces the requirements and costs of identifying Neo T cells, making it more accessible for use in cancer immunotherapy. Further investigation is needed to develop more effective immunotherapies using this strategy.
