Target Makes Change At 2k Stores As Ai Rolled Out

Target is launching a new AI-powered chatbot called Store Companion to improve the shopping experience for customers and streamline tasks for employees. The technology will be available in most of Target’s 2,000 locations by August and has received positive feedback from employees.
