Ilya Sutskever, former OpenAI Chief Scientist, has launched a new AI company called Safe Superintelligence. The company’s sole focus is to develop AI in a safe and responsible manner, in response to Sutskever’s experience at OpenAI where he was reportedly shaken by the potential dangers of superintelligence.
