Elon Musk has announced that he will ban Apple devices from his companies if the iPhone creator goes forward with its planned integration of OpenAI’s ChatGPT with Siri. Musk believes that this integration poses a security violation and has criticized Apple for partnering with OpenAI, which he co-founded in 2015. Siri will be fitted with GPT-4o, the latest iteration of the chatbot, but Apple has promised that users’ private information and queries will not be logged or stored.
