Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has filed a lawsuit against Meta, claiming that the company is colluding with the Biden administration to suppress his documentary and hinder his presidential campaign. Kennedy’s lawyers allege that Meta is still censoring speech by throttling, de-boosting, demoting, and shadowbanning the film, and have provided screenshots and evidence of users being threatened and sanctioned for sharing the documentary. Kennedy’s team also claims that an exchange with Meta’s chatbot proves their allegations.
