Scientists Review Early Warning Tools For Food Safety

A recent review assessed the use of artificial intelligence, big data, and internet of things in developing early warning and emerging food safety risk identification tools. The study found that these technologies hold potential in supporting efficient and effective food safety management, but implementation may prove challenging for low- and middle-income countries.
