The ETH Council has appointed seven professors and seventeen professors, awarded six professorial titles, and expressed thanks to three outgoing professors. The newly appointed professors include Laura Bégon-Lours, who conducts research on neuromorphic electronics, and Christian Freudlsperger, who specializes in multi-level systems politics. The appointments aim to strengthen the activities of the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering and the Department of Humanities, Social and Political Sciences.
