A draft bill has been released by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Nepal, which emphasizes the use of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and IoT in a transparent and accountable manner. The bill also includes provisions for the establishment of a center for excellence for research and development of these technologies, as well as structures for IT and cyber security.
