Microsoft And Mitre Create Tool To Help Security Teams Prepare For Attacks On Machine Learning Systems

MITRE and Microsoft have collaborated to develop a new security tool, Arsenal, which uses tactics and techniques defined in the MITRE ATLAS framework to accurately emulate attacks on systems that contain machine learning (ML). The tool is intended to help security practitioners better understand and address potential security flaws with ML systems, improving user trust and enabling positive societal impacts.
