Quantinuum Launches Industry-first, Trapped-ion 56-qubit Quantum Computer, Breaking Key Benchmark Record

Quantinuum and JPMorgan Chase have achieved a 100x improvement over the industry benchmark using Quantinuum’s H2-1 quantum computer, which has 56 trapped-ion qubits and market-leading fidelity. This makes it difficult for classical computers and other quantum computing architectures to match its performance, and it also has significantly lower power consumption.
