NYU Abu Dhabi will host the 11th edition of the NYUAD Hackathon for Social Good in the Arab World with sustainability as its key theme. The event will bring together over 200 students from 24 countries to leverage Quantum Computing to develop innovative solutions to challenges related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants will explore quantum computing solutions to a wide range of challenging projects from machine learning and AI to physics, chemistry, computer science, healthcare, maths, online gaming, security, social sciences and the arts. The event will provide a valuable insight into the full cycle of creating a tech startup, and cultivate opportunities for future international project collaboration, launching startups, and undertaking research.
