Vodafone has joined LF Edge, an umbrella organization within the Linux Foundation, as a new member. This will allow Vodafone to leverage open source edge computing to develop advanced networks for applications such as 5G, IoT, and autonomous vehicles. Vodafone is also an active member of LF Edge’s parent body, the Linux Foundation.
