This article proposes a Special Issue on AI for edge computing, focusing on the integration of artificial intelligent methods for edge computing and their applications. The aim is to explore the potential of using AI to enhance the performance of edge computing and run AI on the edge, as well as downsizing and accelerating solutions for AI and edge devices/servers. The Special Issue is expected to attract submissions from various research societies, including AI, IoT, WSN, and smart city, to further increase the reputation and impact of ICT Express.
