Nippon Telegraph And Telephone : Project Selected By Jst & Anr For Japan-france Sicorp “edge Ai” Accelerating R&d Of Ai-based Autonomous Wireless Access Control Technology

NTT Corporation, National Institute of Informatics, CNRS Institut de Recherche en Informatique et Systèmes Aléatoires, and Wavely have been selected for a research project on “Edge AI” under the Japan-France Strategic International Collaborative Research Program. The project, called LIGHT-SWIFT, aims to develop a lightweight edge AI technology for smart factories that can operate on small devices with limited computation and battery capabilities. The technology will also include deep learning and reinforcement learning-based wireless access control to enable high-quality wireless communications in challenging environments.
