A survey of security professionals in the UK revealed that 60% of security leaders are most concerned about account takeover attacks, making it the leading worry for security leaders. 75% of organisations in the UK have experienced at least one account takeover in the last year, with 37% experiencing more than five attacks. These attacks are no longer limited to just email, as cloud application ecosystems open up additional entry points for attackers.
