Czech billionaire Daniel Krechinsky is in talks to acquire Atos’ legacy business for 2 billion euros, allowing the company to refocus on cybersecurity and cloud assets. The sale will also result in the creation of a new company, Eviden, which will group together strategic assets such as cybersecurity and supercomputers.
