This report, prepared by the Team Techno-Warfare Group as part of the requirements to complete the Master of Strategic Studies degree from the United States Army War College (USAWC), explores the concept of Techno-sentient warfare, which is a new type of warfare enabled by quantum computing and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. It is expected to evolve into a new type of warfare by 2035, and will be comprised of a fusion of space, cyber, and cognitive influence operations.
