The Royal Society of Canada (RSC) has elected five new fellows and five new RSC College members from the University of Waterloo to recognize their outstanding scholarly, scientific and artistic achievements. The RSC will host the 2023 Celebration of Excellence and Engagement conference this November, where the official induction ceremonies will be held. The new fellows and members from Waterloo are recognized for their research in areas such as cyber security, artificial intelligence, understanding societal change, health, robotics, materials research for energy, climate and sustainability.
