Why Ai’s Diversity Crisis Matters, And How To Tackle It

AI is facing a diversity crisis, with more than 80% of AI professors being men and Black individuals making up only 2.5% of Google employees. Researchers are fighting for change, but there is a culture of resistance to their efforts.
