Reports Net Sales Of $23.2 Million, Net Income Of $5.8 Million And Ebitda Of $3.0 Million

WISeKey International Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: WKEY / SIX: WIHN) announced the FY 2022 audited consolidated financial results for its wholly owned semiconductors subsidiary WISeKey Semiconductors SAS (SEALSQ Corp. predecessor). SEALSQ reported solid revenue of over $23.2 million, an increase of more than 36% compared to FY 2021, and EBITDA of $3.0 million. The company is making substantial progress in the implementation of its post-quantum algorithms in Secure Semiconductors MS6001/MS6003 and is provisioning services with the Matter Root-of-Trust PAA. The company expects FY 2023 revenue to grow by double digits.
