This week, Regional West Medical Center held a series of events to showcase their da Vinci robotic surgery system. Hospital staff, community members, and experts from Regional West and Intuitive Surgical were on hand to answer questions and explain the benefits of the system. Robotic surgery is a useful tool for surgeons, allowing them to perform minimally invasive surgeries with better visualization and manipulation.
