This paper proposes a new solution to the issues of security, task scheduling, and cost of processing tasks in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) based healthcare paradigms. The proposed solution is the deep reinforcement learning-aware blockchain-based task scheduling (DRLBTS) algorithm framework, which provides security and makespan efficient scheduling for healthcare applications. The DRLBTS algorithm is evaluated using a real-world healthcare dataset and the results show that it outperforms existing algorithms in terms of security and makespan.
