Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Xerox have signed a deal to overhaul Xerox’s IT infrastructure using cloud computing and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) technologies. TCS will migrate Xerox’s legacy data centers to the Azure public cloud and implement a cloud-based ERP platform, aiming to improve operational efficiency and business process streamlining. The partnership will also create an AI-first enterprise platform for Xerox, incorporating generative AI to foster innovation and efficiency.
