TCS and Xerox have entered into an agreement to transform Xerox’s IT technology landscape using cloud computing and generative artificial intelligence. This partnership aims to streamline operations and enhance business and IT service delivery. TCS will consolidate Xerox’s technology services, migrate legacy data centers to the cloud, and implement a cloud-based Digital ERP platform. Additionally, GenAI will be integrated into Xerox’s operations to foster sustainable growth.
