Salesforce, a leading CRM software provider, announced its entry into the public sector domain at a recent event in Mumbai. The company’s India CEO and Chairperson, Arundhati Bhattacharya, shared their plans to bring cloud and AI solutions to the government to improve citizen services. However, the biggest challenge for Salesforce will be convincing the government to adopt their cloud-based solutions.
