Oracle plans to invest over $1 billion to open a third cloud region in Madrid, Spain, in order to meet the growing demand for its AI and cloud services. This will allow organizations to migrate workloads to the cloud, modernize applications, and innovate with data and analytics. Telefonica España will be the host partner for the new cloud region.
