MinIO, an open-source data storage company, believes that the rise of AI will lead to a push for private cloud adoption in order to have more control over costs and data. By moving to a co-location facility or on premises deployment, enterprises can own the full cloud stack and have a better grip on their data. Analysts agree that on-premises resources may be more cost-efficient for AI systems.
