The recruitment drive spans critical areas including software engineering, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and managed services, and extends its focus to remote locations. Specific roles demand varying skill sets, with IQ tests mandatory for all new hires. Hexaware Technologies also plans to hire 5,000-6,000 people in this calendar year with a focus on data skills, digital engineering, app development, cloud infrastructure and Java full-stack.
