The U.S. Army is making significant progress in its adoption of cloud computing capabilities, which could help take advantage of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, and provide troops access to data they otherwise wouldn’t be able to get their hands on. The Army’s new CIO Leonel Garciga believes the service is on the right path to start the ‘maturation process’ of cloud capabilities.
