Amazon Web Services (AWS) has been investing heavily in India’s cloud computing market, with plans to invest $16.4 billion by 2030. In an interview with TechCircle, Vaishali Kasture, the head of AWS in India, discussed the company’s focus areas, such as cloud adoption in the enterprise, generative AI, and more. AWS is helping customers with digital training and cloud cost optimization, and has launched Local Zones in Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bangalore. AWS works with startups, ISVs, and enterprises across various industries, such as BFSI and healthcare, to help them grow and scale up.
