Orange Business and Huawei have taken major steps to advance Saudi Arabia’s technological infrastructure, with Orange Business deploying its Smart City Platform to optimise user experience in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh and Huawei launching cloud services in the country. The Orange Business Smart City Platform is designed to enable KAFD to optimise data and advance its smart city experience using new technologies, such as AI, IoT, smart cities, and cloud infrastructure. The deployment is part of Saudi Vision 2030’s Quality of Life Program, which aims to enhance the liveability and competitiveness of the kingdom’s cities.
