At the Red Hat Summit earlier this year, Red Hat announced OpenShift AI, a platform for creating production AI and machine learning models. Red Hat also teamed up with IBM on Ansible Lightspeed, with Big Blue training its Watson Code Assistant to write Ansible automation playbooks. Red Hat CEO Matt Hicks discussed the company’s efforts to support the use of generative AI across the hybrid cloud environment and the competitive landscape for MLOps tooling. He also weighed in on the RHEL source code kerfuffle and how Red Hat is addressing community concerns.
