The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI) has released a report to foster a vibrant and resilient innovation ecosystem in Cambodia. The report highlights the need for different technologies and platforms for different sectors, such as mobile-first strategy, cloud-based solutions, The Internet of Things (IoT) and sensor technology, radio-frequency identification technology, data analytics, and cybersecurity. It also emphasised the need for in-house training and education platforms, as well as investment in research and development (R&D). It urged the private sector to join hands with educational institutions to create a more competent workforce that is adaptable to new technical advancements.
