The U.S. government is in need of secure IT solutions to protect its infrastructure from malicious code and cyber breaches. Companies are emerging to fill the Pentagon’s cyber needs, and vendors must be aware of the threat of economic espionage and provide technology that limits backdoor access. This year, the U.S. federal agencies will purchase more than $80 billion in private IT solutions, with $9 billion going towards cloud-based solutions.
