Panasas To Add S3 Support To Edge Storage And Cloud Moves

Panasas, a scale-out NAS maker, has announced the addition of an edge platform to its family of scale-out NAS, as well as plans for significant moves towards the cloud, including native array S3 support and cloud migration, data protection and archiving with Pan Move, and discovery and reporting via Pan View. The ActiveStor Ultra Edge platform is a high-performance computing and artificial intelligence/machine learning storage array set of products aimed at edge deployments.
