NICE (Nasdaq: NICE) announced that CXone, its cloud platform for customer experience interactions (CXi), has surpassed 1 million agents and supervisors using its full breadth of functionality. The company reported its full year 2022 financial results in February, which included cloud revenue of $1.3 billion, total revenue of $2.2 billion, a record win rate, 10X growth in digital interactions, and an industry-leading 31.8% Non-GAAP EBITDA margin. NICE also reported $1.6 billion in cash and cash equivalents and short-term investments, and continued global expansion to 19 regions and over 150 countries.
