Hangzhou, China, has implemented a smart city platform developed by Alibaba Cloud, which combines cloud-based infrastructure, platform and application services. This platform has helped reduce traffic congestion in the city, and has been adopted in other locations, including Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By 2027, it is expected that more than half of enterprises will use industry cloud platforms to accelerate their business.
