Francesco Gardin, chairman and CEO of Quantum Blockchain Technologies PLC, discusses the recent lawsuit won by subsidiary Clear Leisure 2017 against former directors and auditors of CPM. The ruling awarded €6.2 million plus inflation for the valuation, and negotiations for a settlement with one of the defendants are ongoing. The company also previously received a €700,000 settlement.
