Ripple’s University Blockchain Research Initiative (UBRI) has helped put in place a vital foundation and learning environment for the next generation of blockchain engineers. With more than 50 university partners across 26 countries, UBRI has set the standard for blockchain education and research. The recently renewed partnership with Morgan State University highlights the program’s commitment to supporting blockchain innovators at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This funding will deepen the remarkable milestones achieved as a result of Ripple’s earlier grant to Morgan State and create opportunities for new programming and research for students and faculty.
