Epazz Inc. is planning to spin off Galaxy Batteries Inc., a company that specializes in high-density batteries for the drone and aerospace industry. Epazz has developed a battery management system that uses AI to predict the best output for maximum flight time. Galaxy Batteries Inc. will house Epazz’s intellectual properties for solid-state battery technology. CEO Shaun Passley believes that the spin-off will allow Galaxy Batteries to receive its true value as an independent company.
