Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, has revealed a plan to protect the blockchain from quantum threats. This includes implementing quantum-resistant cryptography and a recovery fork in case of a sudden quantum leap. Buterin also proposes an Ethereum Improvement Proposal to fortify the network against quantum dangers. This plan aims to safeguard Ethereum and its users’ assets from potential quantum vulnerabilities.
