Scots Gin Distillery Uses Blockchain For Water Clarity

Roehill Springs, a gin distillery in Scotland, is using blockchain technology and IoT sensors to provide transparency and traceability for its customers. The project is part of the CENSIS IoT Evolve program and is funded by the Scottish Government and Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
