WISeKey International Holding Ltd. and CryptoVerse Island have announced their support for the Maiti Nepal Foundation with an exclusive sale of art NFTs to raise funds for university scholarships in Nepal. Maiti Nepal is a concept that Nepali women carry close to their hearts and the key to ending human trafficking is education. The Foundation currently sponsors twenty-one students to pursue higher secondary degrees and forty-three students to pursue Bachelor’s degrees in 2022. The funds raised from the sale of selected NFTs donated by artists will be made available on the WISe.ART platform.
