Intel has filed a patent application for tech to protect the privacy of machine learning models and the data used to train them. The system allows a user to create, train and store a machine learning model in a “hardware protected space” that modifies parts of the personally identifiable information used to train the model to reduce the probability that it’ll be identified as a bad actor. Additionally, Adobe has filed a patent for tech to whip neural networks into shape and PayPal has filed a patent for plans to prevent breaches using blockchain.
