Professor Bart Nnaji, a former Minister of Science and Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in AI, has urged Nigerians to embrace Artificial Intelligence (AI) on an industrial scale in order to join the 4th Industrial Revolution. He noted that AI has become ubiquitous, and that it is driven by Big Data, Internet of Things, and Generative AI, which enables machines to do tasks faster, cheaper, and better without human control or input. He also noted that Nigeria does not require massive resource infusion before leapfrogging into the 4th Industrial Revolution.
