AI has been a hot topic at this year’s SXSW conference, with thought leaders, executives and artists across the business, tech and entertainment sectors discussing the cutting edge of AI technology. Attendance at the conference has been lower than pre-pandemic levels, but there has been a decent mix of panels and talks on topics such as the implications of AI on human workers, the unsettling conversations with AI chatbots, and the potential of AI to create art.
