OpenAI may unveil a new multimodal AI assistant with audio and visual capabilities that could detect sarcasm and improve automated customer service agents. The technology could also have features such as better understanding of images and audio, and logical reasoning. It may be revealed during OpenAI’s livestream on Monday.
