This article discusses a study that aimed to identify biomarker genes for CD8 + T cells in breast cancer and other cancer types. The study used machine learning methods to cluster patients and construct prognostic models, as well as analyze protein-protein interactions and clinical associations of the identified genes. The results suggest potential clinical value for immune therapy in breast cancer.
