Blend Of Machine Learning, Botany Unlocks Secrets Of Ancient Greece

Micah Gold, a rising junior at Yale College, will be using his skills in machine learning to assist in archaeological research in central Greece. He will be part of a team searching for evidence of ancient medicines and other concoctions produced and consumed by the location’s inhabitants. Gold’s previous experience in piloting drones and writing algorithms will be utilized in this project.
