A study using bioinformatics databases identified AURKB as a potential marker for clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and its role in promoting ccRCC development through a positive feedforward loop involving MYC and CDC37. This provides new insights for early diagnosis and targeted therapy of ccRCC.
